We use this information to operate the Services, process invitations and RSVPs, enable contributions and gifting, help hosts manage events, personalize user experiences, prevent fraud, comply with law, communicate with users, improve our Services, and support marketing where permitted.

Account information: Name, email address, phone number, username, password or authentication credentials, profile photo, display name, birthday or age-related information if provided, account preferences, language preferences, and communication settings.

Event information: Event title, event type, event date, event time, event location, event description, host message, event cover image, invitation design choices, RSVP settings, guest list, co-host information, event visibility settings, event schedule, event reminders, event updates, and other details you choose to add to an event.

Guest and invitee information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, RSVP status, meal preferences, attendance responses, guest messages, plus-one information, relationship to the host or recipient, invite delivery status, invitation interaction, and any information a host or co-host provides about guests or invitees.

Wishlist and gift information: Wishlist items, gift descriptions, item images, item links, item prices, funding goals, contribution goals, gift preferences, delivery preferences, gift messages, thank-you notes, event funds, honeymoon funds, group gift funds, baby registry items, birthday gifts, graduation gifts, housewarming gifts, memorial or fundraiser details, and other information related to gifts or contributions.

Contribution and transaction-related information: Contribution amount, transaction date, transaction status, payment method type, billing details, payout-related information, refund requests, contribution notes, recipient details, funding progress, and payment processor transaction identifiers. Gift Together may use third-party payment processors and does not intend to store full credit card numbers unless explicitly required for limited payment-related operations through approved payment providers.

Photos, videos, and user-generated content: Photos, videos, invitation images, event images, profile images, guest messages, comments, reactions, thank-you card content, chat messages, memories, event recap content, public moment content, private moment content, and any other content you upload, submit, post, send, or display through the Services.

Gift Together is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

If you interact with a sponsored experience, public campaign, partner offer, or business feature, we may disclose limited information to the relevant partner where necessary to provide the experience, measure performance, fulfill rewards, administer campaigns, comply with law, or as disclosed at the time of interaction.

However, users may share links, screenshots, messages, photos, or event details outside Gift Together. We cannot control what other users do with information they can access.

Public events or community moments may be visible to a broader audience, including users who are not invited guests. Information shared publicly may be viewed, copied, saved, reshared, indexed, or distributed by others.

Before making an event public or posting content to a public page, please carefully consider what personal information, images, gift details, location details, or financial goals you choose to disclose.

Gift Together may allow hosts to add guests manually, upload guest information, import contacts, invite users by email or SMS, share invitation links, or invite guests through third-party platforms.

If you choose to provide contact information for others, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide that information and that your use complies with applicable laws.

We may use guest and contact information to send invitations, reminders, event updates, RSVP confirmations, contribution links, thank-you messages, and related service communications.

We do not use invitee contact information to send unrelated marketing messages unless permitted by law or the invitee separately opts in.

If you receive an invitation and do not want Gift Together to process your information, you may contact us at support@gifttogether.app, though certain information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or transactional purposes.

Gift Together may allow users to upload, post, send, or display photos, videos, messages, comments, reactions, invitation designs, gift messages, thank-you notes, event recaps, and other content.

Depending on your settings and the event type, user content may be visible to hosts, co-hosts, guests, contributors, recipients, public viewers, or other users.

We may review, moderate, remove, restrict, or preserve content where we believe it violates our policies, may be unlawful, may cause harm, may create security risks, or may expose Gift Together or users to liability.

Gift Together may allow users to contribute funds, purchase premium features, create gift funds, subscribe to paid plans, purchase templates, request payouts, or support public and private events.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors. Gift Together does not intend to store full card numbers or full bank account numbers unless explicitly required and permitted through secure payment providers.

You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, financial account information, government identification numbers, passwords, or information about others to AI features unless the feature specifically requires it and you are authorized to provide it.

Some content may remain visible to other users if it was shared in an event, message, contribution, public moment, or other collaborative feature, unless deletion is required by law or technically feasible.

You agree not to use the Services to collect, upload, post, send, or share personal information in violation of law or without proper authorization.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Choosing appropriate event visibility settings
• Obtaining permission before uploading information about others
• Respecting the privacy rights of guests, recipients, hosts,
• contributors, and other users
• Avoiding the upload of sensitive information unless necessary
• Reviewing messages, AI-generated content, photos, and public posts
• before sharing
• Complying with applicable laws when using Gift Together for fundraising,
• gifting, public events, sponsorships, business gifting, or promotions

If you participate in a promotion, sweepstakes, contest, referral program, ambassador program, influencer campaign, or partner campaign, we may collect and use information needed to administer the program, verify eligibility, communicate with participants, award prizes, publish winners where permitted, comply with legal requirements, and promote Gift Together.

Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or programs. If there is a conflict between those terms and this Privacy Policy, the specific promotion terms may control for that promotion.

Gift Together may allow users to create or contribute to fundraisers, public causes, community moments, memorial pages, nonprofit campaigns, or similar experiences.
